Write to the patch room, or call the bench
Tell us what the system needs to do and what the bay currently looks like. A short description is usually enough for us to suggest a starting round. Visits are by appointment so that nobody walks into a loom that is halfway dressed.

The form below prepares an email in your own email application and addresses it to the room. Nothing is stored on this website. Every field is required so that we can reply to the right person with the right context.
Visitors are welcome during circuit test days, and clients on the bay are always invited to stand at the rack while their own runs are proved.

Three questions clients ask most often
Short answers · longer discussion at the bench
The patch room works on the bay you already have or the bay you plan to buy. We do not sell hardware and we do not take a margin on equipment, so the bay plan describes clear, neutral space rather than a preferred product line. If the frame does not exist yet, the Rack Bay Desk round is the right starting point, because it produces the plan that the hardware must then fit.
A full week runs from the desk round on monday morning to the tie wrap evening on friday afternoon, and the six rounds fit inside that shape for a single bay of ordinary size. A single round can be booked on its own, usually as one working day, and a bay with an unusual frame or a very large field may need more time. The estimate is written into the bay plan before any work begins.
Every finding is dated, described and assigned to an owner. A finding that cannot be fixed inside the week stays open on the record and is carried into the closing note rather than removed from it. We do not declare a system proved when it is not. The client always receives the test sheet with both the passes and the open items, so the state of the bay is known rather than assumed.
Getting to the room
The patch room sits inside a south west Edmonton building at 1704 167 St Sw, EDMONTON - T6W 3C5, Canada (CA). Parking is available on the north side of the building, and the bay is on the ground floor with a level entry so that equipment cases can be brought in without lifting.
Please arrange the visit in advance. The room is a working space and a loom may be open across the floor, so an unexpected visitor can interrupt a dressing round at the point where tension must not be released.
For current clients
If you are already on the bay and have a question about an open finding, quote the round name and the date from your test sheet. That is enough for us to find the right record and answer without repeating the discovery.
For anything urgent, call +13094354587 during room hours. Outside those hours, email help@edstech.lol and it will be read at the start of the next working day.
